FEET CARE  TIPS IN WINTER THROUGH AYURVEDA

Crack heels are one of the worst and common problem in winter and if you do not take proper care, they can result in undesirable cracks and opens.
Direct exposure to dust and absence of oil glands make the skin in foot area much drier than any other part of the body.
Moisturizing the  feet twice everyday will prevent from getting dry.
Soak your feet in warm water mixed with honey or in salt water and gently scrub the affected area.
coconut oil massage has skin repairing properties. you can mix coconut oil with turmeric also.
The oil will help to moisturize the feet as well as reduce any swelling and pain from cracks, as turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Wear cotton soaks to aid to air circulation and to keep the foot cleaned.
Drink seven to eight glasses of water in a day to stay hydrated and this works for foot care too.
Cracked heel Remedies
Soak your feet in the decoction of Neem leaves and turmeric for 15 -20 minutes.
Apply warm sesame oil or ghee cooked with turmeric and Hareethaki powder on the affected areas.
Apply a mixture of one teaspoon of Mango Tree sap and one tablespoon water to the crack skin
Apply mixture of Castor oil and Turmeric powder in cracks.
